Yes, unfortuntely during the fall we had a problem with the spelling of Boynton being wrong. The company that made those for us gave us a credit on them. I know that basketball has gotten their uniforms and only a couple of games have been played. The main problem is that we keep having people sign up late and we have people who quit, that being said it is hard to get a final number of players that we can get our order turned in in a timely manner. The board takes bids for uniforms at the start of each season, spring, fall and then basketball. We take into consideration if we have used them before and if we have had problems. If you know of someone that could get them done faster please let them know that we should be taking bids at our February meeting. If you have any solutions, please let us know also. It just makes it a little harder when you have so many players. Again, I am sorry for any problems that you are having or any inconvenience this may have caused you. By rotating the game times as you have, no one team is playing all early games, all late games, etc. I would like to encourage you to think about this age group when making next season's schedule. However, I would like to ask what the birthday is of the current 4 yr old? If this young man has just turned 4 then I would have to strongly discourage a child that young from participating in full contact football. I think that the child would have a hard time finding equipment to fit therefore the child would not have the appropriate protection to play safely. Boynton will allow the 4 yr old that is turning 5 this month to play.
